In summer months it's a safe bet there will be heat, to reduce the risk of melting in transit you will want to order a Cool Ship Kit, which BTW you can re-use to keep other things cool.
Order "Next Day" shipping in when the weather's above 65º to be safer. The delivery services do not have refrigerated transport therefore Gaspare is not responsible for damage in transit due to heat. If you're more daring sort try 2nd day shipping, that's about as risky as you would want to be.
Your Cool Ship Box Kit not a refrigerator, it's like an insulated cooler. It measures approximately 15" x 13" x 13" (38cm x 33cm x 33cm) and, depending on the outside temperature, can keep your chocolate cool for up to something like 48 hours. If you really want it fresh and fast order overnight or second day delivery, this also helps avoid stressing or damaging your chocolate.
Were you expecting to see something here? It's a shipping box, expect cardboard and an insulated liner. Fill it with chocolate, just to be on the safe side.
