Pćo de Mel (that's honey bread in Portuguese) is more of a cake than a bread, actually something in between. Gaspare's artisanal interpretation of Pćo de Mel is too Brazilian to be believed, they're enrobed in smooth fine dark chocolate for taste and mouthfeel, making them like a four-star dessert.
We make them infused with fig and a whole lot of love. And they're not just for dessert. Eat them for breakfast, serve them in the afternoon with coffee or tea, snack on them for energy before you go out, pass around a tray at your next meeting.
And they have magic. Serve them to friends and family, have them for good luck at contract signings, bring them for hikes and long drives.
